The figures mentioned here are incorrect. You cannot make a Bhojpuri film in 20 lakhs. Stars like Dineshlal Yadav charges 40-45 lakhs while Ravi Kishan charges 25-30 lakhs. The cost of production is between 1 -1.3 crores. The good news is that almost 80% of Bhojpuri films recover their money, other 15% make a decent profit of 20%, while the top 5% are the ones that make a killing with profits in excess of 50%.
